From March 26 to March 31, 2026, traffic will be closed on the southern side of the intersection of D. Xiaoping Avenue and P. Lumumba Street in Bishkek. This was reported by the city administration.
During this period, work is planned for milling the old asphalt using specialized equipment. After the milling is completed, the first layer of new asphalt will be laid.
Additionally, as part of the repairs, manholes and stormwater drains will be repaired and leveled to the road surface.
The aim of this work is to improve the quality of the road surface, ensure convenience for motorists, and reduce the risk of accidents. The repair work will be completed within the specified timeframe.
The city administration urges residents and drivers to be understanding of the temporary restrictions, choose alternative routes, and strictly adhere to traffic rules.
