In Jumgal, 2 hectares of pasture land have been returned to the state

In the territory of the "Karajeeck" area in the Bayzak rural district of the Jumgal region, 2 hectares of pasture land have been returned, which were previously unlawfully transferred to private ownership.

These facts were established by the employees of the Naryn Territorial Administration of the Department of Land and Water Transport of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of the investigation, the Jumgal District Court granted the claim of the Naryn Territorial Administration, canceling the sales contract No. 73, signed on August 6, 2006.

Thus, the agricultural land plot of 2.0 hectares has been fully returned to state ownership.
