According to information provided by the city administration, the mayor planted saplings of plane trees and emphasized the importance of regular watering and care for young trees.
“The effectiveness of all our efforts depends on the quality of care for green spaces,” he stressed.
Since the beginning of the spring season, about 6,000 new trees and shrubs have been planted in Bishkek.
As of today, the nursery of MP "Bishkekzelenstroy" has 93,000 saplings.
Of this number, 20,000 saplings will be planted throughout the capital, while the rest will remain in the nursery.
The survival rate of trees planted in 2025 was 86%. This year, the city administration is intensifying greening activities and invites residents and organizations to participate in the improvement and care of green areas.
