According to the police, she left her home located at: residential area "Ala-Too-1", Ara-Kol Street, on March 23 at 11:00 and has not returned since. The girl is 160-165 cm tall, has dark brown shoulder-length hair, and dark eyes. On the day of her disappearance, she was wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, and black boots.

The third missing person is Ismailova Rayana Kanatovna, also born in 2010. According to the police, she left School No. 44 on Krivonosova Street, 11a on March 30 at 13:00, after which her whereabouts became unknown. Rayana is 160-165 cm tall and has long black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black pants, a white t-shirt, a black jacket, and black boots.
