On November 18, the international football tournament Manas Cup 2025 for players under 23 years old concluded in Manas. According to the Kyrgyz Football Union, in the final match, the Olympic team of Kyrgyzstan faced the team of Russia, where our team suffered a defeat with a score of 0:8.
It is worth noting that in the previous matches, the Kyrgyz team achieved victories: first against Bahrain (2:1), and then, on November 15, against Iran (also 2:1).
The results of the tournament are as follows:
1st place — Russia (9 points) - $50,000;
2nd place — Kyrgyzstan (6 points) - $30,000;
3rd place — Iran (3 points) - $20,000;
4th place — Bahrain (0 points) - $10,000.
Additionally, it is important to note that this tournament has become a significant stage in preparing our national team for the final part of the 2026 Asia Cup.
