Kyrgyzstan took 10th place at the World Cup in India

At the World Boxing Cup stage held in India, the Kyrgyzstan team took 10th place in the overall medal standings.

The final bouts of the tournament, organized under the auspices of World Boxing, concluded on November 20 in the city of Greater Noida.

There were 20 sets of medals contested among men and women, with two athletes representing Kyrgyzstan.

Ihtiyar Nishonov (in the weight category up to 70 kg) was unable to advance beyond his first fight, while Munarbek Seyitbek uulu (up to 60 kg) became a silver medalist, finishing in second place.
