The competition, called the Unibank Cup 2025, took place from December 21 to 24 and gathered four teams that played in a round-robin format.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the Kyrgyz team was unable to arrive in Yerevan on time and missed their opening match against the Georgian team. Initially, the match was postponed, but it was later canceled.
In the second round, the Kyrgyzstan team lost to the Armenian team with a score of 1:5; however, in the final match, they managed to secure a victory over Moldova, winning 4:2.
As a result of the tournament, the first place was taken by the Armenian team, which won all three of its matches and claimed the cup. The second place went to the Georgian team, which earned 3 points after two played games.
The Kyrgyzstan team finished the tournament in third place, losing to Georgia based on the results of their head-to-head match.
