The women's national team of Kyrgyzstan under 18 was able to secure second place at the CAFA U-18 Women's Championship, which took place in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Teams from Iran, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan also participated in this competition, making it particularly competitive.
Under the guidance of Spanish coach Antonio Mesa, the team had successful matches, winning against Iran and Turkmenistan with identical scores of 1-0, and defeating Tajikistan with a score of 5-0. However, in the game against Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz girls suffered a defeat with a score of 0-3. As a result, the team accumulated 9 points and took second place, conceding first place to Uzbekistan, which scored 10 points.
