Six wrestlers from a village in the Naryn region became prize winners of an international tournament — they were warmly welcomed.

In Ala-Buga, located in the Ak-Tal district of the Naryn region, six wrestlers from the village of Cholok-Kaiyn returned with prizes from large international competitions.

The athletes of the club, named after Ryskeldi uulu Turatbek and led by coach Kamchy Tölöpaldy uulu, participated in the grappling tournament "NAGA-GRAPPLING," where five of them took prize places.

Additionally, coach Kamchy Tölöpaldy uulu himself achieved success, taking 1st place in the 78 kg weight category among participants aged 30-34 at the freestyle wrestling tournament "White Snow Leopard Cup," which took place in Bishkek with wrestlers from four countries.

The list of prize winners from the grappling tournament includes:

- 57 kg — 17-year-old Ramil Azimaliev — 1st place, championship belt;

- 61 kg — 16-year-old Tariel Kushtarbekov — 1st place, championship belt;

- 61 kg — 16-year-old Bek Samaganov — 1st place, championship belt;

- 50 kg — 13-year-old Beksultan Berdaliev — 2nd place;

- 40 kg — 13-year-old Aziret Junusbekov — 2nd place.

In honor of the wrestlers' achievements, the district akim Mirlan Kamchybekov presented letters of appreciation to the five athletes, as well as 20,000 soms to the club and a certificate of honor to coach Kamchy Tölöpaldy uulu.

As a reward, the coach was gifted a horse.

According to local residents, the return of the six wrestlers with medals from one club became a real celebration for the entire village.
