In 9 months, Kyrgyzstan exported butter to Russia worth $9.1 million

In the first nine months of the current year, Kyrgyzstan increased its export volume of butter by 22%, according to data provided by the National Statistical Committee.

According to the report, from January to September 2025, the republic exported 2.1 thousand tons of butter abroad, generating $13.1 million. This is a 9% increase compared to the same period in 2024, when 1.9 thousand tons of butter were exported for $10.2 million.

The main reason for this increase was the supplies to Russia, which amounted to 1.5 thousand tons worth $9.1 million. The remaining volumes of butter were sent to Kazakhstan (595 tons), Uzbekistan (27 tons), Mongolia (8 tons), and the USA (0.4 tons).
