A hike is a ritual of transition. From one world to another. From one stage to another. “What is important to transition from and to?” – one of the main questions of the journey.
Throughout the world, our ancestors went into the mountains, into the forests, into caves, to pass through significant life gates…
A HIKE IS:
- a way to create a picture of the next period of life in which there is heart and meaning for a person.
- a true connection with nature. 3 days of life in accordance with its natural rhythm. Sunrise and sunset. The movement of stars and planets. Sun and rain.
- not just a new intellectual understanding – it is also a bodily and spiritual transition.
Such an approach is used when there is a significant life task, a large challenge – to reach a new level in business, to build a new company, to emerge from a crisis.
In modern society, transition rituals have mostly been lost. Therefore, people get stuck in past periods of life. They find themselves trapped by old beliefs. It becomes harder for them to let go of what is important to leave behind, harder to open up to the new.
In contemporary practice, the Search for Meaning is used by company leaders when making important decisions, at moments of significant life choices.
The Search for Meaning can be triggered by the need to make a creative breakthrough, the necessity to find a fundamentally new solution.
If you are not ready to live in tents, eat simple food, set aside all your affairs, and be in contact with nature for 3 days, then you should not participate in the Search for Meaning.
Requirements for participants in the hike:
• Experience working in or with business.
• Writing a motivational essay.
• Minimum experience of multi-day hikes in mountainous terrain.
• Availability of personal gear (list will be sent).
Participation fee: 15,000 som (excluding VAT)
