She reported that in the village of Sıydalı, located in the Ak-Suu district, a private investor completed the construction of a kindergarten for 100 children, which cost over 40 million soms. Despite the completion of all construction work, the kindergarten has not been put into operation due to the inability of the village council to provide full financial support, the deputy noted.
Satieva called for joint actions with the Ministry of Finance to allocate the necessary funds, emphasizing that the village council is subsidized.
Additionally, the deputy noted that she and other parliamentarians conducted an inspection of problematic social facilities in the Moscow and Jayil districts. In particular, in the village of Novo-Nikolaevka, there is a kindergarten "Topolyok," which was built in 1914. According to Satieva, this institution needs a new building, as its current premises, including emergency storage areas, are in poor condition.
The deputy believes that instead of annual funding for repairs, it would be more sensible to build a new kindergarten.
