This initiative aims to support the educational system in the regions, as well as to prepare a new generation of teacher-leaders.
The program invites people from various professions, including those without teaching experience, who wish to work in the field of education. Participants will teach in schools in small towns and rural areas for two years while simultaneously developing modern pedagogical and leadership skills.
Training within the program takes place in a free master's program organized with the support of the International University of Central Asia. The format of the training is hybrid, including both online lessons and in-person classes. Upon completion of the program, successful graduates will receive a state diploma and an international diploma.
Participants are guaranteed official employment, a scholarship, mentorship from experienced educators, and ongoing methodological support. They will also be able to implement their own educational projects and join the international Teach For All network.
The following categories of citizens are invited to the program:
– individuals with higher education;
– candidates willing to work for two years in regional schools;
– active professionals interested in working with children and striving for professional growth.
