The program is open to people from various professions, including those without teaching experience, but who are interested in educational activities. Over the course of two years, participants will work in schools in small towns and rural areas while simultaneously developing modern pedagogical skills and leadership qualities.
The training within the program is conducted through a free master's program organized in collaboration with the International University of Central Asia. Students will be able to attend classes both online and in the format of in-person sessions. Upon completion of the program, successful graduates will receive a state diploma and an international master's diploma.
Program participants will have official employment, receive a scholarship, as well as support from experienced mentors and ongoing methodological assistance. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to implement their own educational projects and become part of the international Teach For All network.
Those wishing to participate in the program must meet the following criteria:
- having a higher education;
- willingness to work for two years in regional schools;
- motivation and desire to develop in the field of education and work with children.
