According to the city hall, each child is assigned a unique personal account. Based on the attendance records, the district education departments form individual accounts for each child on a monthly basis. Parents (or legal representatives) are provided with the details and payment amounts from the kindergarten administration.
Payment for meals must be made only to the individual personal account of the child through banks, post offices, or electronic payment systems.
It is prohibited to transfer money to the personal accounts of educational institution staff, as well as to transfer amounts exceeding the established tariff for meals. Cash payments are also not allowed.

The cost of meals in kindergartens is 120 soms per day.
Previously, the city hall reported cases of financial discipline violations at kindergarten No. 68, where some educators accepted payments to their personal electronic wallets and charged amounts exceeding the established norm.
