According to information provided by the press service, each child receives a unique personal account number. Based on attendance records, the district education departments generate monthly payment invoices for each child.
“Parents or legal representatives receive the details of the personal account and the payment amount from the kindergarten administration. Payments must be made exclusively to the individual personal account of the child, using banking institutions, post offices, or electronic payment systems. It is important to note that transferring funds to the personal accounts of kindergarten staff is not allowed, nor is the transfer of amounts exceeding the established payment for meals. The transfer of cash is also prohibited,” the message states.
If parents have questions regarding billing or payment, the mayor's office recommends contacting the district education departments without delay.
