As reported by the press service of the city hall, each child is assigned a unique personal account. Monthly, based on attendance records, district education departments generate bills for payment.
“The kindergarten administration provides parents (or legal representatives) with the details of the personal account and the amounts due for payment. Payments should be made exclusively to the individual personal account of the child through banks, post offices, or electronic payment systems. We emphasize that it is prohibited to transfer funds to the personal accounts of kindergarten staff or to exceed the established amount for meal payments. Cash transactions are also not allowed,” the official statement says.
If parents have questions regarding charges or payments, the city hall encourages them to contact the district education departments for clarification.
