New exciting photos of wild animals captured in their natural habitat have been obtained in the State Natural Park "Khan-Teniri." This was reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The camera trap, installed by experts in May 2025, recorded a rich diversity of local fauna in December. The recordings show bears, snow leopards, lynxes, mountain goats, hares, and a pack of wolves.

The "Khan-Teniri" Natural Park is located in the eastern part of the Issyk-Kul region, between the Kungoy and Teskey Ala-Too mountain ranges. The park is divided into four zones: Aydyr-Tor, Sary-Jaz, Enilchek, and Kayindy.

The ministry noted that the protection of wildlife and rare species of animals, such as the snow leopard and lynx, is a priority task. The use of camera traps has become an effective tool for monitoring and protecting local fauna.
