The population of wild animals has increased in the 'Khan-Teniri' park

According to the monitoring conducted using camera traps, there has been a significant increase in the population of wild animals in the State Nature Park "Khan-Teniri."

The Ministry of Natural Resources reports that particularly notable is the increase in the population of the brown bear, which is listed in the Red Book of the Kyrgyz Republic. This species is also known as the Tian Shan white-clawed bear, highlighting its uniqueness and value for nature conservation.

To protect natural complexes and preserve biodiversity, the State Nature Park "Khan-Teniri" is divided into several functional zones, including a protected area, an ecological stabilization zone, tourist and recreational zones, as well as a zone with limited economic activity.

The park includes areas such as "Adyr-Tor," "Sary-Jaz," "Enilchek," and "Kainy." Regular patrols are conducted in each of these areas to continuously monitor the state of the environment and ensure compliance with protection regulations.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic notes that the positive dynamics in the population of wild animals is a result of systematic work on the protection of specially protected natural areas, as well as the implementation of modern monitoring methods and strengthening of conservation measures.
