A group of French naturalists recently conducted an expedition in the Besh-Aral State Nature Reserve, presenting impressive photographs of the wildlife inhabiting this area. This information was announced by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
According to ministry representatives, the expedition participants were amazed by the rich biological diversity of the Western Tien Shan region, including rare species of flora and fauna, as well as picturesque mountain landscapes.
The expedition participants also noted the natural behavior of local wildlife, the condition of ecosystems, and the significance of the reserve for biodiversity.
The administration of the reserve stated its intention to continue conducting photo and video expeditions, adhering to high ecotourism standards, fostering a culture of responsibility towards nature, promoting knowledge about wildlife, and improving scientific monitoring systems.
Collaboration with French colleagues contributes to strengthening international conservation efforts, spreading ecological culture, and promoting protected natural areas of Kyrgyzstan on the global stage.
The Besh-Aral Nature Reserve has been included in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage List.
