The ruble, tenge, and euro have depreciated against the som. Exchange rates as of December 26

As of December 26, the official exchange rates for the euro, Russian ruble, and Kazakh tenge are showing a decline, while the Chinese yuan continues to rise. The dollar remains stable, according to data from the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan and exchange points in Bishkek.

US Dollar:

Official rate of the NB KR: 87.45 soms (no change).

Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 87.28 soms, selling — 87.75 soms.

Euro:

Official rate of the NB KR: 103.0555 soms (a decrease of 0.13 percent), reaching a new December maximum.

Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 102.51 soms, selling — 103.5 soms.

Russian Ruble:

Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1147 soms (a decrease of 0.35 percent).

Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.107 soms, selling — 1.137 soms.

Kazakh Tenge:

Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1703 soms (a decrease of 0.64 percent).

Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 0.1516 soms, selling — 0.1798 soms.

Chinese Yuan:

Official rate of the NB KR: 12.4821 soms (an increase of 0.11 percent), the yuan has once again set a record for annual value.

Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 12.5 soms, selling — 13 soms.
