- Official rate of the NB KR: 103.0555 soms (a decrease of 0.13 percent), reaching a new December maximum.
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 102.51 soms, selling — 103.5 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1147 soms (a decrease of 0.35 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: buying — 1.107 soms, selling — 1.137 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1703 soms (a decrease of 0.64 percent).

Chinese Yuan:
