Trade brought the most taxes to the budget in the first 11 months of 2025

The mining industry took second place in tax contributions


From January to November 2025, key sectors of the economy significantly contributed to the formation of the budget.

The dynamics of revenue show stable growth. This year, the mining sector accounted for 20.6% of all tax contributions, trade made up 31%, financial services — 4.7%, construction — 5.6%, telecommunications — 2.3%, energy — 2%, education — 1.5%, and the production of alcoholic beverages — 1.7%.

In monetary terms, revenues from the mining sector for the first 11 months of 2025 amounted to 56.7 billion soms, which is 18.7 billion more than in the same period of 2024. The trade sector provided 84.6 billion soms, exceeding last year's results by 20.4 billion. Revenues from construction amounted to 15.5 billion soms, which is 6.3 billion more than in 2024. SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) provided 23.7 billion soms, accounting for 8.6% of all tax revenues, an increase of 10.1 billion soms compared to last year.

As a result of the first 11 months of 2025, the Tax Service successfully fulfilled the projected plan for tax and payment collection, collecting 275 billion 742 million soms.

These achievements indicate stable economic growth and a consistent tax policy.
