From January to November 2025, 1 billion 65 million 832 thousand soms were collected in Kyrgyzstan due to licensing, administrative fines, issuance of permits, and conducting weight control, as well as processing special permits for the transportation of indivisible cargo and compensation for losses.
According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the same period in 2024, the amount of revenue was only 334 million 170 thousand soms.
To develop foreign economic cooperation, 218 thousand 250 permits were issued this year from 41 countries.
An important step in the fight against corruption was the complete digitalization of the processes for licensing cargo and passenger transportation, organizing competitions, and issuing permits, which minimized the influence of the human factor.
