As of today, revenues from visas and single permits amount to over 5 billion soms, which has significantly supported the state budget of the country. This was announced at a briefing by the Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Seytek Jumakadyrov uulu.
According to him, 48,439 single permits have been issued through the "Electronic Visa" portal.
Foreign labor migrants mainly work in sectors such as industry, construction, transport, and communications, accounting for 56.2%. In trade and services, this figure stands at 32.6%.
If we look at the financial indicators in more detail, the following revenues were received over the 11 months of the current year:
- from single permits - 1.19 billion soms;
- from guarantee payments - 234.3 million soms,” added Jumakadyrov uulu.
