Kyrgyzstan has improved its position, rising from 68th to 22nd place in the ranking due to the implementation of projects under public-private partnerships (PPP). This was reported by Ravshan Sabirov, director of the National Investment Agency, at the forum "Investment Vector: State and Business." The project portfolio includes more than 90 initiatives totaling over 434 billion soms.

According to Sabirov, 13 agreements were signed over the 11 months of 2025, which allowed for the attraction of private investments amounting to over 3.8 billion dollars.

“The free economic zones of Kyrgyzstan continue to successfully attract investments and develop production capabilities. From 2022 to September 2025, over 5.1 billion soms have been attracted here, while budget revenues exceeded 10 billion soms. Currently, more than 330 enterprises are operating, including technology companies that strengthen the country's export positions and contribute to import substitution,” he added.

Sabirov emphasized that new industrial clusters and production parks are being created in the country. Tax incentives and simplified procedures make free economic zones attractive for business.

“We are focused on further developing infrastructure, improving the regulatory framework, and balanced development of all economic zones, which will enhance the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan,” he concluded.
