At the upcoming business forum "Kyrgyzstan – Pakistan," several important documents are expected to be signed, as reported by the director of the National Investment Agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, in an interview with the Kabar agency.

According to statistics, in 2024, the trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan is expected to exceed 16 million dollars, which, according to experts, is still a rather modest amount for the two countries.
Pakistani investors are showing significant interest in enhancing cooperation. They are exploring opportunities in areas such as hydropower, renewable energy, and mining. Direct flights between Bishkek and Islamabad have also been established. In the field of education, students from Pakistan are studying in Kyrgyzstan, obtaining local diplomas, which can also be considered a form of investment in our country.
Currently, citizens of Pakistan are working at several enterprises in Kyrgyzstan and plan to expand their presence in the construction sector. In the future, they intend to import eco-friendly products from Kyrgyzstan for sale in the Pakistani market,” added Ravshanbek Sabirov.
It is important to note that President Sadyr Japarov is on an official visit to Pakistan at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif.
