On December 3, 2025, a delegation from Kyrgyzstan, representing the interests of President Sadyr Japarov, made an official visit to Pakistan, which strengthened economic ties between the two countries. As a result of the visit, organized by the National Investment Agency, key industrial and scientific-technical facilities in Islamabad were explored.
During the trip, the Kyrgyz side became acquainted with the operations of leading Pakistani companies, their production capacities, technological capabilities, as well as state support measures and export potential. This provided an opportunity to study best practices in areas such as industry, pharmaceuticals, and scientific-technical developments, opening new horizons for interaction between the private sector and industry associations.
Meetings were also held with the leadership of business associations in Pakistan, where business connections were established and preliminary agreements on cooperation in industrial production, pharmaceuticals, scientific-technical exchange, and attracting mutual investments were reached.
The visit included activities such as:
• Familiarization with the Hydrocarbons Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP), H-9/1, Islamabad;
• Visit to the pharmaceutical company Bio-Labs (Pvt) Ltd., located in the Kahuta-Road industrial triangle;
• Meeting with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Capital House, G-8.
The Kyrgyz Republic confirmed its interest in further developing cooperation with Pakistan and creating new opportunities for joint projects.
