
The purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with Kazakhstan's advanced approaches in areas such as secondary and higher education, healthcare, social protection, cultural policy, and human capital development.
During the trip, the Kyrgyz delegation learned about the practices of modernizing educational institutions, visited the National Scientific Center for Infectious Diseases, studied the work of community centers and models of foreign university branches, as well as the experience of digitizing the social protection and employment system.

At a meeting with representatives of Kazakhstan's ministries and agencies, Edil Baysalov emphasized the importance of experience exchange to facilitate the implementation of national reforms: "Today, Kyrgyzstan is entering a new phase of its development, and in the next five years, we need to significantly increase the efficiency of the entire social sphere. We are studying successful models implemented in other countries to accelerate this process. Kazakhstan has undergone large-scale transformations in recent years, and our visit helps us see solutions that can be adapted for us. The experience of our brotherly Kazakhstan is very valuable to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to see everything with our own eyes."
As a result of the visit, the parties expressed their intention to continue cooperation between relevant agencies, including the exchange of specialists, conducting joint research, and implementing modern management and infrastructure solutions.
The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic included representatives from the president's administration, as well as heads of various ministries, agencies, and local authorities.
