In Bishkek, the promotion of national programs of the Kyrgyz Republic was discussed following the summit in Doha
On November 26, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, in cooperation with the United Nations, held a high-level consultation dedicated to the outcomes of the Second World Summit on Social Development, which took place in early November in Doha. The UN press service in Kyrgyzstan reported this.

Representatives of government agencies, UN agencies, international partners, as well as members of civil society and business gathered for the meeting. They discussed ways in which investments in human capital and strengthening social protection systems can contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth in the country.

Participants emphasized the important connection between the Doha Political Declaration and the National Development Program of Kyrgyzstan until 2030, which envisions a comprehensive and cross-sectoral approach to expanding opportunities in the areas of education, healthcare, vocational training, creating decent jobs, and social integration.
“These goals also reflect Kyrgyzstan's aspiration to be among the top 30 countries in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, which sets clear guidelines for further cooperation with government partners in support of national priorities,” the participants noted.

Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov emphasized the government's intention to translate global commitments into action at the national level: “The Doha Political Declaration fully aligns with our course: we are mobilizing all available resources to improve social protection, education, healthcare, and create decent jobs. Our main task is to enhance the living standards and well-being of citizens, and this is clearly outlined in the National Development Program until 2030.”
Antje Grave, the UN Resident Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan, noted that achieving the established priorities requires the combined efforts of the government, civil society, international partners, the private sector, and 27 UN agencies.
She also emphasized that “strategic and targeted use of budgetary resources and development tools will be crucial for expanding social protection systems, improving sustainable services in healthcare and education, and creating decent jobs, especially for women and youth.”

The Second World Summit on Social Development, which took place from November 4 to 6, 2025, in Doha, affirmed the global commitment to a human-centered social contract based on the principles of dignity, inclusivity, equality, and sustainable development.
The Doha Political Declaration serves as an important foundation for the implementation of the National Development Program of Kyrgyzstan until 2030, which aims for inclusive growth through the development of human capital, decent employment, sustainable social systems, and a “green” economy.

The priorities of the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for 2023–2027, implemented by 27 UN agencies in Kyrgyzstan, support these goals, including inclusive access to quality social services, support for “green” socio-economic development, and strengthening governance and financing for sustainable development.

As a result, the Doha Declaration, the National Development Program until 2030, and the UNSDCF 2023–2027 form a coherent strategy for investing in the sustainable prosperity of Kyrgyzstan, ensuring that no one is left behind.
