According to the president's administration, a joint statement was signed during the meeting of the heads of state, with the aim of deepening allied and strategic relations. In addition, the following documents were signed:
- a memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the field of strategic planning;
- an agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the legal status of representations of internal affairs and migration bodies in Kyrgyzstan and Russia;
- an agreement between the Cabinets of Ministers of the two countries on the construction of a campus of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B. Yeltsin;
- an agreement on cooperation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population between the Cabinets of Ministers;
- a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the field of cardiology;
- a protocol on amendments to the Agreement on military-technical cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation dated June 20, 2017;
- a letter of intent between OJSC "Kyrgyzpost" and JSC "Russian Post".
