During the business forum of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC), which is taking place today, two important memoranda were signed. These documents pertain to cooperation in the fields of tourism and e-commerce, as reported by the Ministry of Economy.
Agreement between tourism companies of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan
The memorandum was signed between the historical and cultural destination "Golden Valley of Chuy" ("Altyn Sary-Ozon") from Kyrgyzstan and the Tajik company "Chavokhir Tajikistan." The main goal of the agreement is to develop joint tourism initiatives and strengthen interaction between the two countries.
This document includes several areas of cooperation:
- the creation of combined tourist routes that will cover the natural, historical, and cultural attractions of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan;
- improving the quality of tourist services through experience exchange and organizing training programs for specialists;
- joint promotion in international markets within the framework of the "Central Asian Routes" concept;
- strengthening business ties and organizing regular meetings between entrepreneurs;
- developing sustainable and ecological tourism, supporting eco-projects, and implementing effective practices;
- simplifying tourist exchanges and improving logistics, as well as infrastructure on popular routes.
At the same forum, a memorandum was signed between the Association of E-commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, represented by President Aibek Kurunkee, and the Association of Cross-Border E-commerce of Shenzhen Province (China), represented by Secretary-General Shi Jinhu.
This agreement aims to develop the digital economies of both countries, enhance the level of digital and financial skills, exchange experiences, and organize joint events in the field of electronic commerce.
