Daniyar Amangeldiev noted that the republic has demonstrated stable indicators of socio-economic development in recent years due to the implementation of consistent reforms and a comprehensive approach to priority sectors. In particular, he pointed out the average annual economic growth, which reached 9% over the past three years, and 10% for the first ten months of 2025. Among significant infrastructure projects, he highlighted the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, the implementation of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1, the construction of the Barskoon-Bedel road, and the affordable housing program.

Subir Lall highly praised Kyrgyzstan's current achievements in the economy and the significance of the ongoing reforms. He emphasized that "there has been stable growth over the past four years, which is confirmed by both international and national data." Lall also noted that by the end of 2024, Kyrgyzstan became one of the world leaders in terms of real GDP growth rates.

The IMF representative also noted that "the Kyrgyz Republic is becoming an exporting economy," and added that improving the country's integration into regional economic processes helps ensure sustainable growth. He emphasized the stability of the banking system, the increasing readiness of Kyrgyzstan for integration into global markets, and the importance of attracting foreign direct investment to maintain positive trends in the economy.
Subir Lall confirmed the IMF's intention to continue providing analytical and advisory assistance, as well as to work on recommendations aimed at ensuring macroeconomic stability in the medium term.

As a result of the meeting, both sides expressed a desire to continue exchanging expert opinions and to work together on practical steps aimed at the sustainable and inclusive development of Kyrgyzstan's economy.
