On December 1, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Meder Abakirov, met with the new Ambassador of Indonesia to Kyrgyzstan, Siti Ruhaini Dzuhayatin, receiving copies of her credentials.
According to the ministry, during the meeting, current issues regarding the state and future directions of cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
The parties expressed mutual interest in further developing political dialogue and expanding ties in the areas of trade, economy, investment, education, and tourism.
It was also noted that it is necessary to intensify interaction between the foreign policy agencies and to develop regular political consultations.
