The meeting, reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, focused on the prospects for developing relations between the two countries. Kulubaev and Lee Uk-hon discussed the importance of preparing high-level visits scheduled for next year.
Korea confirmed its readiness to expand cooperation in all key areas of mutual interest.
Minister Kulubaev emphasized the significance of deepening political dialogue and practical cooperation, adding that the implementation of agreements reached during President Sadyr Japarov's visit to Seoul in December 2024 would be an important step towards strengthening ties between Kyrgyzstan and Korea.
During the meeting, current issues of bilateral and multilateral nature were also discussed, including joint work within the "Central Asia + Republic of Korea" format.
