Sabirov emphasized that this monitoring is organized in accordance with the new Investment Law of the Kyrgyz Republic, adopted on August 12, 2025, under number 198. This law provides additional legal guarantees for investors and aims to attract local workers within such projects.
According to the Agency, a significant amount of work has already been completed at the construction site. Construction and installation work on 8,000 m² has been completed, and the readiness of the foundations for technological equipment is at 90%. The production building, covering an area of 8,000 m², is also 90% ready, with equipment installation completed at 60%. Currently, seven autoclaves, two ball mills, boiler equipment, a generator set, and a distribution point have been installed.
The planned project aims to create a high-tech complex for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete, which will strengthen the construction sector of the country, reduce dependence on imports, and create new jobs.
