In the first 10 months of 2025, centralized supply of medicines and medical products in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 4 billion soms, as reported by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzpharmatsiya."

In comparison, this figure was only 1 billion soms in 2023.

Representatives of "Kyrgyzpharmatsiya" noted that all supplies were financed from working capital of 1 billion soms received last year. "We continue to explore opportunities to increase the efficiency of expenditures and ensure sustainable growth. Although direct investments are not being attracted, we receive important technical and expert support from organizations such as the World Bank, UNFPA, and UNICEF. This allows us to develop logistics, digitalization, and implement best practices in procurement transparency," they added.

In addition, "Kyrgyzpharmatsiya" announced the transition to digital procurement. The platform Kyrgyzpharm.med.kg is already operational. By the end of 2025, integration with government portals is planned, which will allow tracking the movement of goods, applications, and stocks in real-time.

In 2026, the launch of regional warehouses and the expansion of logistics projects are expected, which will create new jobs and improve the infrastructure for supplying medicines in the regions.
