During the forum "Investment Vector: State and Business," Rustam Baltabaev, Executive Director of the Agricultural Development Association, stated that the investment climate is not just words, but the real cost and speed of project implementation.
He also noted that important aspects of the investment climate include access to financing, infrastructure development, and stable rules for protecting property rights.
“To ensure effective participation of business associations, it is necessary to create favorable conditions. We have developed five key steps to achieve the set goals. One of them is the implementation of the 'single window' principle for businesses, and the final step will be to elevate the dialogue between the government and business to a new level,” he added.
According to him, this is how active economic development occurs in neighboring countries.
