Today, several new projects in the fields of agriculture, tourism, and energy were presented in the Chatkal District. This was reported by Uluk Kydyrbaev, who heads the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Kydyrbaev noted that within the framework of agriculture, initiatives related to the production of dairy products, organic meat, as well as the cultivation of rare plants and herbs that can be used in the pharmaceutical industry were discussed. Among the presented projects was also a ski complex called "Chatkal Resort".
In addition, representatives of the region proposed to create a road that would connect Chatkal with Tashkent, whose population is about 5 million people. This will significantly increase the flow of tourists from the capital, as the city is in close proximity.
