According to the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the first 11 months of 2025, the main sectors of the economy made a significant contribution to the formation of tax revenues.
The data shows that the structure of tax revenues remains stable. In particular, the mining industry accounted for 20.6% of the total tax contributions, trade — 31%, financial services — 4.7%, the construction sector — 5.6%, communications — 2.3%, electricity — 2%, education — 1.5%, and the production of alcoholic beverages — 1.7%.
In monetary terms, tax revenues from the mining sector from January to November 2025 amounted to 56.7 billion soms, which is 18.7 billion more than in the same period of 2024. Trade brought in 84.6 billion soms, which is 20.4 billion more than last year. Revenues from construction amounted to 15.5 billion soms, increasing by 6.3 billion compared to 2024. Small and medium-sized enterprises provided 23.7 billion soms or 8.6% of all tax revenues, which is 10.1 billion more than last year.
Thus, by the end of November 2025, the Tax Service exceeded the forecast for tax and payment collection, collecting 275 billion 742 million soms.
These results indicate stable economic growth and a consistent tax policy.
