
Compared to the same period in 2024, the collections of excise tax increased by 3 billion 1.7 million soms, which is a growth of 17.3%.
From the excise goods produced in the Kyrgyz Republic, 4 billion 826.3 million soms were received in the 11 months of 2025. Of this amount, the excise tax from alcoholic products amounted to 3 billion 448.3 million soms, from non-alcoholic beverages — 1 billion 297.0 million soms, from petroleum products — 70 million soms, and from tobacco products — 8.2 million soms.
As for the imported excise goods from the EAEU countries, the revenues amounted to 14 billion 666.8 million soms. Of these: 9 billion 111.7 million soms were from tobacco products, 3 billion 670.9 million soms — from petroleum products, 653.7 million soms — from alcoholic beverages, and 749.2 million soms — from non-alcoholic beverages.
We remind you that since July 1, 2021, mandatory labeling of alcoholic and tobacco products using identification means has been introduced in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Within the framework of the information system "Product Labeling," 12 importers of tobacco products, 34 manufacturers, and 96 importers of alcoholic products have been registered, who receive labeling codes.
In the 11 months of 2025, 223.7 million labeling codes were issued, of which 157.2 million were for tobacco products, 42.6 million for alcohol, 23.7 million for light industry products, 167.9 thousand for footwear, and 3.3 thousand for perfumes.
