Of the total amount of excise tax collected in the first 11 months of 2025, 4 billion 826.3 million soms were received from excise goods produced in Kyrgyzstan. In particular, alcoholic products accounted for 3 billion 448.3 million soms, non-alcoholic beverages for 1 billion 297 million soms, petroleum products for 70 million soms, and tobacco products for 8.2 million soms.
As for imported excise goods from EAEU countries, the revenue amounted to 14 billion 666.8 million soms. Of this, 9 billion 111.7 million soms were from tobacco products, 3 billion 670.9 million soms from petroleum products, 653.7 million soms from alcoholic beverages, and 749.2 million soms from non-alcoholic beverages.
We remind you that since July 1, 2021, mandatory labeling of alcoholic and tobacco products using identification means has been introduced in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the "Product Labeling" system, 12 importers of tobacco products, 34 manufacturers, and 96 importers of alcoholic products are registered, who receive labeling codes.
Since the beginning of 2025, 223.7 million labeling codes have been issued. Of these, 157.2 million were for tobacco products, 42.6 million for alcoholic beverages, 23.7 million for light industry products, 167.9 thousand for footwear, and 3.3 thousand for perfumery.
