Medet Tairov has significant experience in the banking sector. He began his career at the Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank as a manager and has worked at OJSC "Aiyl Bank" since 2016. He also held the position of board member at CJSC "Bank of Asia." Since February 2023, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Eldik Bank" and has experience working as a consultant at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is part of the World Bank.
