The Prosecutor's Office of the Kara-Suu district, located in the Osh region, identified violations of land legislation during an inspection in the Savay rural administration.
According to information provided by the General Prosecutor's Office, it was established that a plot of land measuring 0.24 hectares, which previously belonged to a children's health center, was unlawfully sold into private hands.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, this plot with a market value of 15.6 million soms was returned to municipal ownership.
