At the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with finance, budget, entrepreneurship, and competition development, amendments to the bill "On Non-Tax Revenues in the Kyrgyz Republic" were approved in the second reading.
Deputy Minister of Finance Nurbek Akzholov noted that the purpose of this bill is to create alternative methods for repaying state loans.
“According to the current rules, the repayment of state loans is only possible through certain financial institutions. It is necessary to implement the possibility of making online payments through terminals, mobile banks, and electronic wallets,” he added.
