This information was confirmed by the head of the village of Zhyhach-Korgon, Arstanbek Toktobaev.
He also noted that the completion of the construction is scheduled for 2026.
“In our village of Zhyhach-Korgon, where more than 5,000 families live, there was previously no kindergarten. Construction began in 2012 using the ashar method; however, due to a lack of funding, the work was halted. Later, local authorities allocated funds, and the kindergarten was opened for 50 places. Due to the increase in the population, it has become necessary to build additional facilities. Currently, work is being carried out for a total of 35 million soms: the foundation has already been laid, and the walls of the new building are being erected,” Toktobaev reported.
Currently, more than 70 children are on the waiting list to enroll in the kindergarten.
