In a telephone conversation held on January 6, 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev, contacted his Belarusian counterpart, Maxim Ryzhenkov.
The discussion covered key issues of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Belarus. The ministers also agreed on a schedule for upcoming meetings at various levels, including events involving the heads of foreign policy agencies.
Additionally, as part of the preparations for the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO, which will take place in Bishkek, an exchange of views on the agenda and cooperation within the organization occurred.
