In the area of the village of Spartak, located in the Moscow district, the bodies of two victims were found in a burned car.

According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chui region, on January 20 at 09:53, a signal about the incident was received at the duty station of the Moscow district police. It was reported that a burned silver "Volkswagen Golf 3" was found on the eastern outskirts of Spartak, near a lake.

A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene, which confirmed the presence of two deceased individuals in the vehicle. The driver was in the front seat, while the passenger occupied the rear right seat.

During the investigation, the identities of the deceased were established: they were 23-year-old driver O.E., a resident of the village of Spartak, and 13-year-old passenger T.S., a 10th-grade student at the local high school.

As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the inspection it was found that O.E. purchased his car on January 11, 2026, at a car market. Two days later, he approached electrician S.S. with a problem regarding a malfunctioning left headlight. The electrician noticed that the technical condition of the vehicle was extremely unsatisfactory: exposed wires, the presence of smoke and the smell of gasoline in the cabin, and warned the owner about the potential danger of further operation.

Currently, the bodies have been sent to the morgue for forensic examinations, and the investigation is ongoing.
