In Kyrgyzstan, meat production increased by 3.6% in 2025, exceeding 476 thousand tons

- In Kyrgyzstan, 476.1 thousand tons of meat were produced in live weight in 2025, which is 16.4 thousand tons or 3.6% more compared to the previous year. The main factor for the increase in volumes was the growth in the number of livestock.

In the dairy production sector, 1 million 881.5 thousand tons were produced in 2025, indicating a growth of 3.2% compared to 2024.

It is also worth noting that egg production increased by 18.7%, totaling 938.4 million pieces, while the volume of wool production reached 13.3 thousand tons, which is 1.4% more than in the previous year.
