Meat products accounted for more than 11% of food production in Kyrgyzstan

- According to statistical data, the volume of meat product production in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 amounted to 12 billion 113.6 million soms.

For comparison, in 2024 this figure was 10 billion 970.9 million soms.

In December 2025, the production of meat products reached 1 billion 107 million soms, while in December 2024 this volume was 1 billion 6 million soms.

The physical volume index of meat product production in December 2025 was 142.7%, whereas in December 2024 it was at 120.1%.

From January to December 2025, the physical volume index was 107.5%, while for the same period of the previous year it was 124.7%.

The total volume of food production, including beverages, reached 104 billion 739.1 million soms in 2025. Thus, the share of meat products accounted for approximately 11.6% of the total production volume in the food industry.
