According to reports, a citizen M.A., born in 1999, approached the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek with a statement, claiming that on January 25, 2026, at around 16:00, at the address A. Bakayev St., he became a victim of an attack by two strangers who inflicted bodily harm on him.
As a result of the investigation into this case, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Relevant forensic medical examinations were conducted. During the investigation, the suspects were identified and detained — D.A., born in 1997, and Sh.A., born in 1995. They were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
